Margherita Pagani – Founder & CEO
Technology, sociology and impact investing: these are the 3 main drivers that make me start-up projects and work with organisations across Europe, US and Latin America. My role merges a strong expertise in strategy and user-centred design methodologies with a strong passion for investigating broader applications of design tools and data-driven frameworks, to accelerate systemic change and generate social cohesion.
Lars Hillewaere – Strategy and Operations Director
After graduating in Law, Economics and completing a Master in Global Entrepreneurship and Innovation, I realized my life’s calling was to use my extensive business, legal and financial expertise 100% in service of humanity’s benefit. To that end, I joined Impacton’s team to lead its Business Development and Strategy Department.
Victoria Revol – Impacton LATAM Director
From Córdoba, Argentina, I have ten years of experience working in several NGOs across South America. As Impacton’s director for Latin America, I’m leading the organization’s growth strategy on the continent. I strongly believe in mankind’s potential to take meaningful action for change, beyond just words. We only have one planet, so it’s absolutely crucial that we take care of it.
